All project activities are focused on the achievement of the envisaged project results and objectives. The development of a methodology for creation of on-line distance courses on Bioinformatics and Databases will facilitate the implementation of the IO2 and IO 3 which will be used in the teaching process of at least 250 students within the three partner universities – at least 100 students in bioinformatics and at least 150 students in Databases. Furthermore the four Multiplier events envisaged under the project will have the main aim to get acquainted at least 80 professors
For the realization of the intellectual outputs the following activities and leading roles are planned:

IO1: Methodology for creation of on-line distance courses on
Bioinformatics and Databases

IO2: Creation of on-line distance course on Bioinformatics

IO3: Creation of on-line distance course on Databases

Multiplier events

E1: Presentation of Intellectual Outputs of TACOHEQ project

E2: Presentation of intellectual outputs of TACOHEQ project

E3: Presentation of intellectual outputs of TACOHEQ project

E4: Presentation of intellectual outputs of TACOHEQ project

Responsible partners:

For the Methodology for creation of on-line distance courses on Bioinformatics and Databases – Center of research and analyses and Udruzenje gradjana Osvezenje
For the on-line distance learning course in Bioinformatics – South-West University “Neofit Rilski” – Blagoevgrad, – Aristotle University.
For the on-line distance learning course in Databases – South-West University “Neofit Rilski” – Blagoevgrad, Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University

The project will use communication tools as ZOOM, Skype, Dropbox, Doodle, Whatsapp, Viber etc. to enable all project information i.e. agendas, minutes of meetings, workplans, work in progress etc. to be readily accessible in one place and that all partners have a means of direct communication with each other. This allows members of the partnership to consult, ask for advice, present ideas and highlight concerns and enables the partnership to keep a detailed record of all project activity for reporting purposes. Moreover, in order to boost cooperation among partners and to ensure the equal involvement of all, each project activity will have at least one leader and a co-leader. This will allow the set up of smaller monitoring committees that will ensure the coordination and quality results of the activity and facilitate the work progress.
